Well, the Secure Jobs Bill has passed the Senate overnight and it will this morning return to the House of Representatives, with the numbers in that regard indicating that it will be passed into law quite quickly.
This, along with the passing of the new Respect@Work legislation last week (and noting that even more changes have been flagged for the new year) is going to make for a busy 2023 for employers.
